Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Target student satisfaction and retainment throughout the cycle.
- You shall be responsible for delivering impactful relationship with students, parents, and coordinate with center at various levels.
- You shall be responsible for end-to-end communication for counselling, admission process & documentation, batch formation information, student satisfaction, grievances etc
- You shall make productive calls and would be responsible to retain the student dropouts.
- You shall handle grievances and must ensure proper and timely resolution.
- Facilitate data management, team management and managing/ preparing MIS
- Ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling over email, Call and SMS, as required
- Ensure effective counselling done to the prospects and students at various levels.
- Should possess effective communication skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Education - Graduate
Work Experience : 6-8 Years
Age Range : 28 - 35 Years
Gender - Female candidate only
Industry Exposure Required
- Customer service Experience in Education Industry
- Team Player, self-driven.
- Should be a consistent performer.
- IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies
- Basic Computer Knowledge /Excel competency.
