Job Description

Provide onsite support to executive members on system and connectivity issues
Day to day ticket oversight on number of tickets pending at any point in time and mobilizing resources to ensure tickets are handled appropriately
Ensure even workload distribution among all team members
Identify areas for optimization in process and discuss with PM
