TRoles and Responsibilities

• Generate Business
• Advisor Activation.
• Partners with advisor to ensure adherence to performance standards.
• Recruit and develop quality Advisor.
• Manage and Develop the channel network to promote insurance.

Recruit

• The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.

Coach:

• Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Kotak Life Insurance.

Leader:

• Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. The candidate must be a graduate
2. Must have minimum 2 years of sales experience
3. Must be between 24-40 years of age
