Handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets related issues, handling escalation calls
Work Shifts/ Hours: Rotational shift ( flexible to work in night shifts)

Excellent English communication
Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor
Adaptability / Flexibility on shifts, Ownership and initiative
Knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity
Excellent grammar, comprehension written and verbal English
Good typing speed is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
