Description
Job Overview:

Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the Manager C&B is responsible for global Total Rewards team, the C&B Manager will manage and support C&B for international locations mainly UK and US. The Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating Compensation & Benefits activities/assignments, for international locations and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem solving skills.
  • Strong analytical & numeric skills and proficient in major software especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written)
  • Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements

Qualification & Experience - Must Have:
MBA in Business, Finance or Human Resources
Certified Compensation Professional designation is a plus.
Job Related
Experience: 3-5 years of solid global compensation and benefits experience, preferably US and UK

Qualification & Experience - Desirable:
Know How - Must Have:
Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's degree
Master's degree or equivalent in HR & related field would be preferable
4 to 5 years of work experience in Total Rewards Management
Must be proficient in MS office. Advanced knowledge MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
