Job Description Manager - HR (Compensation & Benefits) - (22000528) Description Job Overview: Reporting to the VP Total Rewards, the Manager C&B is responsible for global Total Rewards team, the C&B Manager will manage and support C&B for international locations mainly UK and US. The Manager will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating Compensation & Benefits activities/assignments, for international locations and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies
Key Performance Indicators:
Understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes
Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
Exceptional quantitative and diagnostic problem solving skills.
Strong analytical & numeric skills and proficient in major software especially Microsoft Excel.
Attention to details
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English both verbal and written)
Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements
