JOB Description:
Demonstrate interdisciplinary knowledge, cross-cultural competency, and knowledge of instructional theories and models.Apply learning theories and models in training design.
Demonstrate key competencies in and knowledge of working on K-12, higher education, or corporate projects.
Demonstrate the ability to create simple, clear, and concise content that is grammatically correct and instructionally effective.
Design curriculum, create training macro and micro designs, create training materials, and write functional specifications documents (FSD).
Demonstrate functional knowledge or understanding of tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate.
Demonstrate functional knowledge or understanding of HTML5 with regard to training design and development.
Demonstrate functional knowledge or understanding of programs and tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Vyond with regard to training design and development.
Conduct needs assessment.
Design and develop diverse solutions such as courses, games, animations, live action videos, and assessments and demonstrate knowledge of functionality, design, navigation, etc.
Collaborate with our multi-stakeholder team and work with them in the development of diverse solutions.
Develop the right instructional strategy and the appropriate structure, with activities, presentations, learner engagement approaches, practice drills, scenarios, case studies, and evaluations.
Develop and deliver targeted client projects.
Conduct project onboarding.
Create standards and guidelines for projects.
Review storyboards and builds and give constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor, coach, and shadow IDs.
Solve problems in projects and issues faced by IDs, if any.
Review the work and ascertain whether it meets clients expectations.
Ensure quality deliveries.
Demonstrate effective communication skills, people skills, and presentation skills.
Build close partnerships with clients.
Job Specification:
- Software & Tools MS-Office (Power Point, word, excel, etc.).
- Understanding of eLearning authorized tool will be preferred.
- Projects Handled Experience in Instructional Design for International Projects
- Qualification Any Graduate with relevant experience
- Language Proficiency Excellent written and spoken English
