Job Description
:- It is a L2 grade profile in which Regional Manager has to handle team of Area Managers (Equivalent to Senior Branch Managers) and 75 to 80 Front Line Sales Executives.
- To Handle Bank customers requirements with the best services and products ranges.
- To be equipped with insurance and Bank Products knowledge.
- To manage the relationship at all the levels to have the desire out-puts.
- Continuous interaction with the channel partners/Area Managers of the Zone.
- Mapping all the key decision makers & build review mechanism per mapping basis decided Intervals.
- Supporting in the actual sales and service aspects including sales calls, issuance and complaint handling.
- Identify training needs for the in-house and channel partner team.
- Regular MIS flow and Communication with Channel Partners.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidate must have current sales experience into Life Insurance and particularly into Bancassurance Vertical.
- Candidates working on Manager's Manager grade or L2 grade can apply for this position.
