Job Description

We are hiring Quality Control Chemist for leading Chemical manufacturing company at Dahej / Jhagadia (Gujarat).   Experience: 2-5 Years for MSc / 3-5 years for BSc     Roles: 1- Strict adherence with Good laboratory practices norms. 2- Strict adherence with safety norms on site 3- Ensuring online documentation and data entry for all department related SOP's, and its records. 4- Having Good knowledge of Operation and calibration of instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, TOC, KF, FTNIR, ICP etc. and their troubleshooting. 5- Use only the current version of SOP, protocols, formats and records must be in use on site. 6- Prepare the Analytical Reports & Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the Finish Product. 7- Able to carry out all types of lab analysis with ensuring precision & accuracy of test results. 8- To check the authenticity of the results and proper working of instrument & LAB wares. 9- To maintain proper stock of Lab reagents, Glass wares , instrument ware & other miscellaneous items. 10- To maintain the 5S in Laboratory & Supporting all QC activity. 11- Any other responsibilities assigned by superior or HOD. 12- Having good knowledge and exposure of MSDS. 13 - Wet lab analysis for utilities (water), effluent (COD, TSS/TDS), Acid-Base titrations, Coal analysis etc. 14 - Preservation of samples, records as per defined procedures 15 - Follow SOPs/ STPs, maintain records in log books, Google sheets for calibration, analysis. 16 - Be a team player and follow defined safety protocols.   Interested candidate please share CV to ***@hi********s.com
