Managing the entire portfolio of NPS Annuity & Funds business Top line, Profitability and
Strategy
Design & identify changes which are beneficial to Business& process life cycle
Ensure strategy to be Market leaders under NPS Annuity & Funds business
Identify & develop new sources for NPS Annuity business POP and UOS sector
Stakeholder management Coordinate with internal department for ensuring smooth
functioning of NPS Annuity vertical
Ensuring internal sales enablers are planned and driven like Contest & Incentives
Provide support to the channel by providing tools like Pitches, Presentations & Marketing
material
Tracking market & regulatory changes with regards to the NPS segment
Month on month tracking of business source wise
Manage & Lead a team of young professionals and ensuring team grooming
