Position: Travel Associate
Requirements: Male Candidates Only, Should be fully vaccinated
Qualification: Graduate or HSC with a minimum of 6 months of experience
Fresher with good communication skills, IATA background will be an added advantage
Preference: Candidates from Travel (Non-Ticketing), Customer Service, Sales background
Role & Responsibilities:
Access and negotiate multiple information systems to answer questions
Ability to understand customer's needs with strong objection/response handling
Interact with other departments on behalf of the customer
Adherence to policy and guidelines as specified by the client and the organization
Adhere to productivity and service level norms
Provide knowledgeable assistance for a wide number of products and customer situations
Provide information about products and services offered
Use all necessary tools and resources provided in assisting customers
Provide a level of customer service that meets the specific client requirements in building mutuality and customer relationships
Provide timely feedback to the client on customer complaints
Compensation: Best in the industry + Night Allowance + PF
Location:Millennium Business Park, Mahape, (Ghansoli), Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400710, IN
Working Days:6 Days working (1 Rotational Week Off)
Working Time: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Fixed Night Shift)
