for Position: Trainer Sewing Machine Operator

Job Locations : Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu ; Sitapura, Jaipur, Rajasthan ; Mansarowar, Jaipur, Rajasthan ;
Madurai, Tamil Nadu ; Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

Responsibilities:
1) Content development on Sewing Machine Operations and maintaining documents
2) Skill training , Coordination with team
3) Preparing and Conducting assessments virtually and face to face
4) Placement guidance and conducting grooming session for students
5) Delivering Soft skill and spoken English Training sessions for students
6) Conducting Webinar for Teachers and Students
7) Preparing monthly training reports
8) Preparing students for mock interviews
9) Helping students to prepare CVs/resume
10)Preparing digital content, students study materials

Requirements:
1) Required Qualification : Graduation/ITI or equivalent
2) Required Experience : 2 years in Industrial experience in Stitching and knowledge of Industrial
Sewing Machines or Relevant Field
3) Good knowledge on the subject and Training skills
4) Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Exhibits self-motivation, high work standards and attention to detail
