Job Description

BOQ Measurement - Preparation of Bill of Quantities/MTO from drawings and specifications for MEP projects.
Cost Analysis and assessment, Cost Estimation, Budget Preparation for MEP projects.
Active participation in pre-bid meeting for Techno-Commercials and also prepare MOM for the same.
Preparation of Claims and Variation, Evaluation of contractors claims and variation.
Capable of interpret POMI, SMACNA,NRM & ASHRAE standards and incorporate the standards in the project.
Quantity takes off and cost estimation based on technical details, drawings, and specifications.
To undertake accurate and timely take offs and Bills of Quantity preparations from Drawings, for HVAC, Plumbing and fire fighting systems.
Rate Analysis, Cost Estimation, Budget Preparation.
Develop and upgrade estimating standards by monitoring and evaluating the cost of won work activities compared to the tender budget prices.
