Job Description

You will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfill the Internal Requirements.
Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person
Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Basic office admin responsibility, like payroll preparation end of month, leave approval, attendance checking, office petty cash book maintaining etc.
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, like small content preparation, basic knowledge of email marketing, video Editing etc. It will be nice to have.
Good Communication in English, Knowing Kannada is more advantage.
