Job Description

Job Role:
Orcapod is looking for Female IT/NON IT Recruiters
Permanent WFH- Hourly basis and full time option available
Must have own laptop/Internet
Must be good in sourcing and Screening.
Must have good knowledge in IT Technologies
Good exposure with various banking/ insurance & BPO industries for NON IT recruitment
Must have handled team & clients as well
Excellent knowledge of Job portals(Naukri / Monster/ Linkedin)
Must have good communication skills
Timing-9:30-6:30pm- MON-SAT with 2nd and 4th Sat off
Fixed salary +Incentives +Mobile bill Reimbursement
Desired Candidate Profile
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Fluency in speaking English is mandatory as its our clients requirement
Should be an excellent team player
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
Strong Sourcing skills.
