Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

1. Liaise with customer's business process owners for requirements and documentation.

2. Configure the application based on the requirements elicited.

3. Liaise with vendor's development team to design, develop and test the requirements as per these specifications.

4. Perform functional testing of the deliverable, document the bugs and the resolutions.

5. Involve in several phases of the project life cycle.

6. Coordinate with users for UAT, get the sign-offs.

7. Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for related product fixes.

8. Create ERP implementation plans and implementation schedules for customers.

9. Configure ERP user access controls.

10. Create ERP training plans and training schedules for customer's resources.

11. Timely meet the project and delivery SLAs through effective project management skills.

12. Monitor helpdesk support platform to provide a quick resolution to the end-users.

13. Communicate & interact with end users / within & outside the IT team to understand issues & provide timed solutions.

Technical and Professional Requirements

1. B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / CA from Tier 1 Institute

2. Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in implementing ERP (preferably SAP/ Oracle/ Workday/ NetSuite/ Unit4)

3. Must have End to End process experience in ERPs with experience/ exposure in all modules like Order Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse, Finance, HR, CRM

4. Experience in Integrating ERPs with other 3rd party applications

5. ERP Certifications will be preferred
