Job Description
We are hiring for both Inbound/outbound process/Blended process
5 Days working plus Transportation facility is provided.
JD:
- Will be responsible to work for International Airlines/Hotels Business
- This project handles End to end airline operation.
- To be able to Handle Customer queries with good customer Service skills and travel related services
- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.
- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.
- Successfully answer questions on the queries.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.
- To be able to deal with customers and meet customer requirements.
- Candidate should be ready to work in 24*7.

Eligibility Criteria:
Both Fresher and Experienced can apply.
Graduates and Under-graduates can apply
Any GDS knowledge is added advantage.
Exceptional communication skills in English (Verbal and written both) are required.
Good Listening skills, able to work independently and as a team player.
