JD: Job Title: SENIOR MANAGER Role Summary Assess, evaluate, order & maintain the critical requirement spares through a digital platform like (SAP, ERP etc.) Inventory management. Preparation, reviewing & tracking of documents / records related to QMS (Deviations, CAPA, change controls etc.) and EMS (Standard operating procedures, Qualification, Validations etc.) in digitalized platforms such as (FileNet, Track wise, DMS etc.) Project management which includes Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Closure as per the committed timelines considering the necessary QMS & regularity requirements. Evaluating & approving the commercial documents (Techno commercial offer). Training & Evaluating the department personnel through learning suites like (SAP Success factor). 33/11KVPower substation 11KV generation and distribution and synchronisation system, 11KV distribution panel 11KV /433V power distribution transformer & system, LT PCC and MCC system Boiler 10 TPH to 20TPH packaged boiler, Coal fired boiler, Gas fired boiler, FO fired boiler Economiser, Heat recovery unit, Steam distribution system , Screw and centrifugal compressor, Air dryer system PSA Nitrogen generation system Cooling tower Induced draft system Key Responsibilities a. k. Water chiller (Screw and centrifugal) l. Centrifugal Pump m. Brine chillers n. Hot water generation system Statuary complains, Electrical inspection, Lift approval, Boiler inspection, Pressure vessel Comprehensive Utility monitoring system Power procurement planning, Spares and inventory management system O&M budgeting QMS system Deviation and CAPA In house improvement project, Condition monitoring Reliability and contingency management, Water quality management of utility Educational Qualifications Required Education Qualification: B.Tech Required Experience: 12 - 16 years
