We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Senior Analyst to join our team in NOIDA, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Requirements:

• Systems Integration Sr. Analyst (G7)
• Perform system design, development and installation of hardware/software/process and methodology solutions
• Assist with the implementation of technical system solutions based on the client's needs.
• Configure, test and debug systems using defined procedures or processes
• Investigate, analyse and resolve problems on selected hardware/software products or technology processes/methodologies

Job description:

• Provide L2 technical guidance to support Windows Server infrastructure of customers in a leveraged environment
• Working knowledge of OS patching for servers
• Experience in OS Vulnerability management
• Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of systems software / hardware operating systems
• Strong client service attitude
• Basic organizational and time management skills

Work Timings:
Rotational shift with 24x5 support with scheduled oncall & activity support over weekends
