We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Responsibilities include the overall planning, direction, prioritization and delivery of all projects in a manner aligned with the client's expectations and business needs . Performs full project life-cycle project management of medium to high-risk, scope and complexity projects utilizing NTT DATA and/or client's tools, methodology, and accelerators . Consults with client business partners to clarify and define project requirements, business case, and the development of a statement of work . Development and management of project plans, budgets and status reporting . Establish, monitor, control and support service delivery ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed . Works with onshore, offshore and nearshore delivery managers to ensure cost effective, cohesive quality delivery results are achieved . Establishment of Change Management, issue and Risk Management processes . Creates and delivers presentations to mid-senior level management on project goals and plans, including progress reports . May be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing outside vendors . May manage a group of projects associated with a specific business function . May lead project staff, including training and providing input into performance evaluations . Assists client PMO with project prioritization, resource capacity and demand Required Skills: . 8-10 years project management experience . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Strong Microsoft Project experience . Strong Microsoft Visio experience . Experience managing both onshore and offshore projects/programs . Previous Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool experience . Prior experience with transition management and organizational change management Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday from 4:00 PM to 02:00 AM IST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
