Job Description:
Troubleshooting technical issues and speaking to clients to quickly get to the root of problem
Providing accurate and timely customer feedback
Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
Managing multiple cases at one time.
Resolving issues or escalates if required and highlights implications to the project deliverables/ outcome.
Coordination with the Client and Internal team for the raised concern. Handling the Escalations of the Clients
Resolving the client queries and technical issues of platform.
Monitoring the services & job
Responsible for handling Functional Issues and Making Changes as per development team.
Investigating of queries /issues, raised by various user lodged through Email
Delivering support to the existing business users and investigating application errors, data discrepancies and queries.
Resolve customer issues within the specific SLA.

Requirements
Degree in IT/Computer Science.
If any experience in Tech Support/ Application Support will be an add on.
Strong attention to details and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ready to work 24 * 7 rotational Shift including Holidays.
Linux experience or interested in DevOps Fresher/Experience can be considered
