Candidate expectations:
- 3+ years of experience in International BPO operations as a Senior Process trainer
- Should have handed class room training floor coaching call auditing.
- Training upskilling and managing training calendar for large batches.
- Understanding training needs and requirements.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of all training
- Strong in stake holder management.
- Should possess excellent communication Skills.
- Should be flexible working in Shits.
