We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, customization and maintenance of the Windows Server operating system and system software products in support of business processing requirements
• Evaluate and integrate new operating system versions, drivers and hardware
• Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels in standalone and multi-tiered environment
• Perform incident resolution, problem determination and root cause analysis in accordance with service level
• Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, including trouble-shooting and replacement of faulty system hardware
• Evaluate and maintain hardware / software management and monitoring tools which will meet both the immediate and future needs of the clients
