Job Responsibilities:

  1. To manage independent branch in terms of profitability and administration.
  2. To manage a team of Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager.
  3. To setup strong distribution & achieve branch targets of Life Insurance with team.
  4. Strategize and implement local sales promotion activities.
  5. To promote a customer centric culture among both staff and field force.
  6. Protect and promote the brand value of the company.
  7. Lead, inspire, motivate and manage the team so as to have effective control on attrition of key resources.
  8. Be updated on all relevant developments in the Insurance industry.

Desired profile:

  • Team handling experience of at least 3 years or more.
  • Should have great career progression someone who had grown from ground level to middle manager
  • Not a job hopper
  • Localite or local experience is mandatory
  • Desire to work with sales managers & assistant sales managers develop, motivate them to achievetheir goals.
