Summary/Objective
The System Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Business Technology Services goals of outsourcing the implementation of client platforms. This person will have the opportunity to configure solutions that leverage third-party platform technology which can automate and streamline various functions across the mortgage loan lifecycle. Core responsibilities includes interpreting business requirement documents (BRD) and configuring the solution utilizing the administration tools associated with the platform. This role will also update any documentation and support defect resolution and system configuration enhancements. The role entails working closely with implementation consultants, onshore Business Analysts, product & strategy team, senior operations leadership.
Essential Functions :
Deep knowledge of the mortgage loan process with experience in originations, title/closing, and post-close.
Technical analyst responsible for executing system configuration and unit testing against documented requirements.
Will perform system configuration efforts including data mapping efforts for data import and extract files, configure workflow, User Set-Up and Security, business rules, product and pricing, as well as third-party services.
- Familiarity with Mortgage Cadence LOS (Enterprise Lending Center (ELC) or Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP)) a plus
- Experienced in SQL Management Studio, XML, Data Mapping
- VB and C# is a plus
- Strong understanding of workflow design
- Collaborate with onshore Implementation Consultant and onshore Business Analysts understand business requirements, with the ability to convert requirements into effective system configuration
- Ability to work effectively across multiple cross-functional teams such as implementation teams, client operations, and client application development
- Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles such as Waterfall, Agile. Working experience with Azure Dev Operations or equivalent system.
- Support quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT), triaging and correcting reported bugs or defects.
- Work with internal groups and outside vendors to ensure successful and a quality project completion.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast paced environment.
- Strong team player, ability to excel working in an individual contributor and/or team environment
- Experience in end to end implementation of large lending applications preferred
- Must have strong Business Requirements Documents (BRD) writing skills

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Two days per week will require an overlap with US business hours in mountain time zone. Flexible Schedule Options Available.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience :
- A minimum of three years Business Analyst experience
- A minimum of three years of mortgage related experience
- A minimum of three years of system administration / configuration experience
- Ideal candidate has experience working on projects related to mortgage loan lifecycle from loan setup through post-closing.
- Originations, Title/Closing/Funding, Post Close, and/or Servicing/Default experience in the business analyst capacity is a big plus.
- Knowledge of Secondary Mortgage Market is a nice to have
