Searching for qualified candidates using an internal database, various Internet sources, and referral techniques
Interviewing and assessing candidates and providing compensation guidance
Preparing and presenting viable candidates to our clients based on detailed job descriptions, checking employment references
Scheduling and preparing candidates for interviews
Managing the job offer process including maintaining constant contact with candidates and extending offers; and supporting full life-cycle
Bachelor's Degree in Pharma/Bio-related field preferred. Business, Technology, Marketing, or Human Resources Degree also considered
Prefers Recruiters who have sourced for direct clients and worked with W2 candidates
Demonstrated ability in developing initial contacts by phone
Prospecting skills (fearless on the phone)
Creative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed
Strong communication (verbal and written)
