Job Description
: Expected Candidate Experience: 9 - 12 Years1) Project Manager with SAP Experience: (Offshore) 9+ Years 4 Positions Plan and manage delivery of SAP S/4 HANA projects, Manages internal projects Budget as detailed in Impact section Very large/ complex/ multiple regions or global. Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors vision of an end-state transformation High/ very high risk. Manages project financials including business impact Meets or exceeds approved budgets. Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management. Manages stakeholder relationships Manages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management. Manages project team Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple regions. PMP Certified.
2) SAP ABAP Developer: (Offshore) 9+ Years 10 Positions
Have knowledge of SAP S4/HANA, MM, SD, Master data (Customer Master, Vendor, Product, Finance Master) Familiar with all the key tables of these Master data objects ABAP programming knowledge Interface development IDOCS (like MATMAS, DEBMAS, CREMAS etc.) Familiar integrations with middleware like XI/PO Strong experience in creating RFC/BAPI/API/Web Service ABAP development on S/4 CDS view/OData knowledge and experience Backend configurations on SAP to expose the service/end point URLs Experience in SPROXY. they can check how existing service works Prepare Functional Specs/Tech Specs and document the APIs Key Skills: 3) SAP GTS Functional Consultant: 9+ Years Onsite 3 Positions / Offshore 8 Positions
Support all functionalities in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) for IMPORTS AND EXPORTS more used SAP Compliance Management, SAP Customs Management. Knowledge in Sales and Distribution configurations and Order Management to determine their business needs relating to foreign trade. Compliance (Should have good knowledge on the below)
Set up FTO/Legal unit
SPL List types/SPL Algorithm logic Screening process
License determination/ECCN config/ checks
Embargo determination config/ checks
Transfer of mater data/transaction data to GTS.
SPL load
Custom (Should have good knowledge on the below) Set up FTO/Legal unit/Number schema Export document Configuration/Creation Import document Configuration/Creation Broker/HTS determination EDI trigger to brokers HTS/FTN load
4) SAP Logistics Functional Consultant: (Offshore) 9+ Years 6 Positions Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of SD and Logistics Execution Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems. Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues. Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior Complete End to End Order Logistics and Enterprise Warehouse Management Process Third Party Logistics experience is must Shipping Point and Route Determination experience is must Warehouse Management Process understanding is must Different Delivery types and Output s understanding to interact with 3PL s and Warehouse. Warehouse Standard Report and Transactions understanding is must.
