Responsibilities Include Create reporting metrics that maximize stakeholder engagement and adoption that drive continual process improvement. Develop key insights on operational and engineering performance and suggest improvement opportunities. You will be a primary stakeholder in the change control process and lead change control meetings. Interact with the Operations leaders to align on key priorities and deliver on feature enhancement requests. Drive automation projects and initiatives, as required, to upgrade tools and systems utilized in support of other key responsibilities. Work directly with the Network Operations Center Engineers (NOC) across a diverse range of short and long-term projects. Contribute to the implementation of our best practice Operational Change Control vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to drive process improvement and process simplification wherever possible. Support with organizational communications and announcements. Most importantly, you are required to constantly evaluate the status quo and provide new ways of thinking and solutions to move us toward a better future.
