Job Description

We are hiring for Recruiters / Recruitment consultant for our own organization based out at Mumbai . We work with leading, Banks , Financial services and Fintech clients for mid / senior positions across all verticals ( IT and non-IT)

It will be a permanent work from job.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment starting from sourcing to closing the position.
• Gathering requirements from clients/HR, coordination with business for proper understanding of JDs
• Initial screening and telephonic round of interview.
• Sourcing and closing within required TAT
• Salary negotiation

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post-graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in IT / Digital hiring
• 2yrs+ recruitment experience in IT / Digital hiring for Indian banks / financial service companies would given first preference
• Excellent communication skills
• can work independently in remote working environment
• Should have own internet enabled laptop/ computer and dedicated stable internet connection for video calling.
