Location: Gurgaon
Educational Qualification:
a)Postgraduate degree in HR, management,
Experience:
a)Upto 4 years of experience in operations, training in a retail organization
b)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
c)Experience in Dashboard creation, business analysis, managing transactions
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to execute all processes related to employee lifecycle; including staffing, on-boarding, employee self-services, communication, performance management and others)
Lead and execute a high touch point engagement calendar for the corporate team
Track budget for the function
Manages payroll and other processes for employees on third party payroll
Provide business support to Franchise HR teams through:
oDrive execution on employee experience projects
oWork closely with Fz HR teams to drive implementation of key projects including:
Digitization of recruitment process
Productivity & efficiency projects on managing cost of labour
Drive execution of key culture programs like GM, LwH, D&I in partnership with training
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in PowerBI preferred
Experience in handling data and dashboards
Team player able to work in cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Communication and planning skills.
Ability to priorities own work in line with business objectives.
High energy/strong work ethic.
