ICP-ACC or equivalent Agile Coaching Certification.
Certified SAFe 4 Agilest or Sc**m@Sc**e Certification or LeSS Certification or NEXUS Certification or equivalent Agile scaling certification.
Experienced in implementing Scaled Agile Transformation with knowledge of at least two scaling frameworks among (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, Sc**m@Sc**e, etc.)
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc. (desirable only)
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, BDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Experience applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Hands-on experience in at least one of Jira, Azure Boards or Vision One
Strong capabilities of preparing, interpreting, and designing Agile Metrics
10 Years of Overall Experience in working in IT.
5 Years of experience of working in Agile Teams.
3 Years of experience in practicing PO or Scrum Master Roles on onsite offshore model.
1 Year Experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer or Agile Evangelist.
DevOps implementation experience
DevOps Foundation Certification
2 Year Experience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer or Agile Evangelist Career Growth Plan.
What you will do
Will be responsible for training, coaching and creating assets for consulting, engaging and generating business with key stakeholders both internal and external to Yash.
Prepare process adoption and improvement canvases based on delivery inputs and presenting to the client regularly.
Coaches client leads, Product Managers, Stake holders, Sponsors, and onsite teams on Agile best practices.
Establishes Agile fundamentals and Agile best practices in program.
Establishes Roles and Responsibilities in the engagement and Program.
Participating in SOS and Cadence calls to represent Business Consulting Group with relevant clients and Delivery Leads.
Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised, discussed, and addressed by client and offshore representatives.
Provide Offshore Delivery / Program management on process visibility and upcoming plans. . Clear visionary on DevOps pipeline and implementation.
Help in preparing the overall planning of the project.
