Hiring for a Customer service Process!

Process-Voice
Gender-Male/ Female

Title- Knowledge Engineer
Location- Vikhroli
Requirement- Excellent verbal communication skills: Fluency, Grammar, & Neutral accent
Education- HSC with Minimum 2 and Maximum 8 Years of Voice experience (Min 2 Years of International Voice experience is mandate )
Graduates with Minimum 1.5 and Maximum 8 Years of Voice experience (Min 1.5 Years of International Voice experience is mandate )
Should have Typing speed of at least 30 w.p.m with 90% accuracy
No CA/MBA/Doctors
Shift timings- 24x7
Transport Facility- Noodle Pick / Drop between 7am to 7pm & Home Pick / Drop between 7pm to 7am
Salary Range- Level 12 (1 to 8 years experience): 21,000 to 38,000 (Net) - Depending on Communication skills, years of relevant experience & last drawn
Basic Incentives
Weekly Off- 5 days working & 2 Rotational Offs
Age- 20 to 38 years!
