We have an urgent requirement for Production Manager, for our Client at Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai.

Minimum Experience: 4-6 years

Range of CTC (Annual): Rs. 25,000/ Month - From date of joining (In Feb. 2022). April 2023 will be your appraisal time, and the percentage will be based on your performance and dedication to the company.

Range of in hand per month: 22-25 K

Reporting to: CEO & COO

Annual bonus: Yearly Bonus of 1 Month Salary will be provided in two halves, First Half before Diwali Celebrations and Second Half in March / April of the following year.

Paid sick leave: The following policy will be intact till March 2022 Monthly allowed: Casual / Medical - 8 Days per year; but 1 day per month only allowed. Medical / Casual Leave - Cannot be accumulated / pooled. (But a new Employee Leave & Performance policy is being formulated to enable the same) Eight paid festival holidays in a calendar year, namely, 26th January, 1st May, 15th August and 2nd October and four such other festival holidays, as agreed between the management and the employee shall be allowed.

Train pass / travel allowance: It will be included in the Salary Package. But any official travel, the management and the company has agreed to reimburse your expenses.

Any Others: Mobile Reimbursement the Company will be providing a separate mobile sim card for official communications only. In addition a separate mobile phone (basic one) if required, will be provided as well.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office timings: Mon - Sat - 10 am -7.00 pm the production reports must get updated every day, and reviewed the next morning by yourself

Probation period: 6 Month

Duties & Responsibilities - Production Manager

1. Form, Lead and monitor the production team, supervisors and labours.
2. Plan a production schedule for the job.
3. Implement and control the production schedule.
4. Determine the Skilled and unskilled as required for each production.
5. Determine the material resources required.
6. Manage Supervisors, Labour, Engineers, and Machine Operators and material resources to meet production targets.
7. Make decisions about equipment use, maintenance, modification and procurement.
8. Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.
9. Ensure that standard operating procedures are adhered to.
10. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
11. Maintain product quality standards as per the regulations provided by the management and marketing team.
12. Coordinate with requirements of the marketing and sales team.
13. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives.
14. Analyse production and quality control to detect and correct problems.
15. Determine and implement improvements to the production process.
16. Prepare, review and maintain production reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
17. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
18. Estimate, manage and implement reduction of production cost plan.
19. Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management.
20. Create and manage a logistics team.
21. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees.
22. Communicate and report any theft, problems or obstacles to the management.
23. Establish workflow policies to enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product quality, safety and integrity.
24. Implement and update ERP systems and reports on a daily basis.
25. Audit and check all machinery output reports and look for flaws in any production process, if found to be reported immediately and solution to be researched and implemented.
26. Physical verification of dispatch material quantitatively & qualitatively.
27. Provide daily dispatch details to the management, and update in the ERP system and check it matches the output report.
28. Verify physical stock on daily, weekly and monthly basis, to make sure the data inputted in the ERP reports match with the exact inventory.
29. Maintain & develop database of records of inward and outward of all bills of materials, inventory, machinery and utilities.
30. Implement measures in orderly and proper arrangement and use of available resources viz., men, money, machines, materials and methods of production inside the factory.
