Operations & Cleaning of Granulation Machine (Fludid Bed Processor 125L,250L,500L) and Trouble shooting.
To maintain Area upkeep by ensuring Good housekeeping practices.
To operate, clean and maintain the manufacturing equipment as per the written procedures.
To keep and ensure the balances / Equipment s / Instruments in calibrated state. Upkeep of production area and equipment s in validated state.
Raw materials transfer from warehouse to production areas.
To carry out the unit operations (manufacturing) with the use of auxiliary equipment and appropriate material handling systems.
To be yield conscious during material handling.
To achieve the set production targets in time in adherence to the laid systems and Procedures.
To get trained and understand on cGMP & System SOPs, SOIs, SCIs etc.
To get trained on all relevant written procedures. To perform and verify online documentation.
To complete the job assigned by Head of the department or his designee.
