Job Description
:Key Deliverables
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual Communications Calendar in consultation with Global Head of Communications
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure seamless execution of Communication initiatives
- Develop key communication messages for Internal and External stakeholders
- Ideate, plan, and execute various communication campaigns with excellence
- Celebrate successes and promote understanding of priorities and business objectives with internal stakeholders
- Formulate key messages or scripts for leadership communication
Internal Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with other departments to gather information and craft brand stories
- Collaborate with the key stakeholders to facilitate Engagement activities including on-ground events
- Maintain a leadership townhall calendar and manage their townhalls
- Create and edit compelling, impactful video scripts
- Ensure that messages are consistent across all mediums and departments. Effectively cross-pollinate messages within key initiatives to ensure consistency.
- Storyboard or translate communication plans to the creative team of art directors and designers
Skills
- Good communications and writing skills
- Should have advanced PowerPoint presentation skills
- Analytical and MIS management Skills (Making of functional reports)
- End-to-end capability to drive engagement initiatives
- Need good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with various departments.
- Should have a creative eye and a keen interest in design, visualization, creation of attractive employee communications
- Should be an out-of-the box thinker
- Good tech Skills and experience in managing employee events using collaboration platforms such as MS TEAMS, Zoom, etc
- Good team player, high sense of ownership and accountability, ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the team
Experience
- 10-12 years of experience in Corporate Communications / Internal Communications / PR for a mid-size organization
- Prior Journalistic experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of Pharma, Biotech & Healthcare preferred
Qualifications
- Master s degree in Communications / Public Relations / Advertising / Brand Management / Journalism
