One of our clients, an EPC MNC company from Mumbai, is looking for the following professional for their Mumbai office.

ROLE : Piping Stress Analysis Engineer-FPSO
NUMBER OF POSITIONS : 7
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : B.E. Mechanical/ Chemical
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 5-20 in stress analysis with at least couple of years in

stress analysis of FPSO/ Offshore piping

JOB LOCATION : Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Following specific areas of expertise is essential
• Study effect of acceleration due to various wave and wind conditions.
• Study effect of structural deflection due to module movements.
• Study fatigue analysis of pipes connected between two modules.
• Preparation of support and loading details for Support team.
• Preparation of stress Specification && critical line list and other deliverables.
• Effect of displacements due to hull deflection on piping.
• Effect of onsite and transit to field (towing) acceleration.
• Effect of structural deflections due to acceleration in onsite.
• Preparation of spring data sheet, rigid hanger data sheets, PTFE datasheets.
• Technical bid evaluations of springs supports.
• Stress analysis of GRE pipe lines.
• Stress analysis of cryogenic temperature piping.
• Preparation of loading details for pipe rack, supports marking.
• Preparation of detailed stress analysis report for client approval.
• Stress analysis of pipe lines connected to air cooler, condenser,compressor and pumps.
