Designation: HR Executive - Min.2Yrs experience in HR - Upto 3.6 Lacs PA

Asst HR Manager - Min 5Yrs experience in Generalist HR - Upto 5 Lacs PA

Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

NOTE - English Good communication is Must.

Location: Andheri (E)

Job Summary:

• Looking after Recruitment on Pan India Level.
• Looking after Joining Formalities, Employment Verification Process, Maintaining Proper Files of all employees Department Wise.
• Conducting Induction & Office Intro of all employees to New Joiners.
• Monthly Attendance maintaining and Payroll Processing.
• Looking after Statutory & Compliance (PF/PT/ESIC).
• Co-ordinating with employees by personally meeting them through visits at branches and solving their queries in relation to Leaves, Policies, other procedures of the organisation.
• Ensuring Timely Issuance of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Appraisal
• Issuing Salary Slips to employees.
• Performance Management
• Employee Engagement
• Training & Development
