Should work on IT Contractual HiringDesired Candidate Profile
Strong Knowledge in IT Staffing and contractual Hiring for Service based clients.
Need proficiency in Sourcing Portals
Individual team player
Short-listing, scheduling interviewing, negotiating compensation and Closures.
Ability to deliver the right candidate at the right time for the right kind of a rate.
Good at Written and verbal skills
