Job Description
Job descriptionoA qualified candidate must have minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
oPossess sound experience working with Tier 1 vendors and Direct Clients
oSole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, OPT and CPT) with Direct Client or Prime vendors.
Must have a good understanding of IT Technologies.
oShould have proficiency in the usage of vendors list, LinkedIn, and other job portals for marketing Hotlist of candidates.
oSole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, OPT and CPT) with vendors or Direct Client.
oMust have a good understanding of tax terms Corp-to-Corp/ W2/ 1099.
oMust be good at negotiating rates.
oStrong experience in Boolean queries and innovative search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
oShould possess a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager, and Client Hiring manager contacts.
oMaintain and grow the business from our existing and new client relationships to supplement our sales capabilities
oMaintain a Database on Daily basis.
oRegular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner
oAble to Learn and adopt new techniques for Higher Productivity.
oPossess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
