Job Description

Debt collector's job is to track down people who owe money from overdue bills and negotiate payment.

Process Requirement:
1. Voice process
2. Good communication skills
3. Performance & Client Incentives
4. Objection handling skills & Convincing Skills
5. Fixed weekend work offs
6. 24*7 shifts
7. VnA assessment 2.95 score
8. Typing skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
Eligibility criteria:
1.Minimum qualification - 10th and 12th (Age criteria 18+)
2.Any specialization (student with backlogs can apply)
3.Graduates (except B.Tech fresher with above 60%)
4.Post Graduates (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
Compensation Offered:
Salary Range offered is 17k to 34k (CTC)
