* Fluent Reading and Spoken Communications of Regional languages + ENGLISH (50%+50%)
* To attend the customer queries on chat and resolve their issues asap.
* To be 1st point of Contact for customer and help in resolving their problems
* To call the customer if the chat gets stuck
* 6 days work (Rotational Shifts)
* 1 Day off (Rotational off)
* 1st Day Offer
* Training - 1 week
*MANDATE- SELF LAPTOP/DESKTOP + WIFI
* WIFI- Allowance - INR 600 (APART FROM SALARY)
