Job Description
Technical Support Administrator - - 1+ years XP in Maintaining and updating documentation of procedures and configurations
Maintain, repair, and upgrade the workstations operating system including hardware and software
Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
Support 1st level of Telephony System
Responsible for investigating and analyzing the application issues, gathering IT usage cases,
advising recommendations for refining the organizational IT systems and carrying out daily
configuration and installation of IT solutions and services
Manage and train the new Local IT Support team
Manage the Local IT Support Metrics and KPI's
Analyze and resolve the escalated issues
Gather the details and information for the Monthly report. Present the monthly update to IT Director and the Local IT
Administrators
Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies
Develop and maintain vendor relations
