Urgent requirement for Call Center Jobs
Domestic and International process

• Location: Panchkula, Chandigarh and Mohali
• Salary package: 15k to 25k in-hand + Incentives (Depends on Communication skills)
• 5 days working + Cab facilities for both girls and boys
• Rotational Shifts (Largely Day Shift)

Requirements:

• Graduate/UG can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with others in a close manner.
• Good computer skills.
• Good multi-tasking skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Researching required information using available resources.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Other duties as assigned.
