• Work location 2: Coimbatore

Hexaware Technologies, ELYSIUM CENTRAL building ,2nd Floor, Near Carmal garden school, sungam bus stop, Coimbatore 641045

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sourcing relevant candidates as per requisite from Job Portals
• Screening, Skill assessment, scheduling and conducting rounds of Interview, taking feedback.
• Stakeholder Management
• Offer Negotiation
• Co-ordination with consultants
• Consistently meet the performance metrics
• Data Management proficient in MS office
• Ready to travel for external campus hiring /offcampus / job fairs

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have experience/knowledge in Bulk hiring, sourcing, Scheduling, Co-coordinating.

From International banking hiring only .

• Experience from BPO/consultancy/ is preferred
• Graduation is a must.
• Good Communications skills
• Any graduation
• Experience : minimum 6months to max 5 yrs
• Applicants with Short notice or immediate joiners required

Soft skills required

• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
• Good client interfacing skills
• Pleasing Personality
• Energetic and self driven individual
