Job description
Source and recruit potential candidates through internal database, external databases, job boards, referrals, and any other candidate pools
Screen potential candidates
Build pipeline of potential candidates
Good communication skills
stakeholder management/ able to handle different processes at a time
It is an end to end recruitment module
hands on experience of Lateral hiring/Leadership hiring
working experience on IT, Non IT, healthcare exp is required
It involves, Sourcing, Co-ordination, Documentation, Back end work, Stakeholder management, Will have to handle more than 2 locations based on requirements
Candidate should be flexible to work and it's a six-day work culture
Should be proactive in responding to stakeholders or maintaining reports
Hands-on experience in MS excel
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to include influencing others and relationship management
