We are having following Job opening:
Job Role:: Senior Python Developer
Location:: Pune
DOMAIN:: Healthcare IT
Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related discipline or equivalent skills and practical industry experience
5+ years professional experience developing commercial software
Strong experience using Python in complex application development
Strong experience working with Unix, shell scripts, command line
Experience writing unit tests and e2e tests
Ability to adapt to working with a wide array of technologies and languages
Highly motivated to excel and team-oriented
Desired qualifications:
Familiarity with the Agile and Scrum methodology
Operating Systems development experience
Strong communication skills (verbal, and written)
Duties/Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of PACS infrastructure:
Add support for new versions of OS
Apply performance and security patches,
Upgrade 3rd party libraries
Enhance the existing logging and monitoring capabilities
Maintain and continuously improve the PACS performance testing framework
Improve and maintain PACS startup scripts
Enhance application management functionality
Improve supportability and data redundancy
Document your work appropriately (requirements, designs, code, training information, etc.)
Participate in project scoping, requirements gathering, and time estimation
Keep up to date on modern technologies and trends and advocate for their inclusion within products when it makes sense
Balance maintenance responsibilities with project deliverables
Provide training to new team membersvelopment and maintenance of PACS infrastructure:
