Experience : 3+ years working as a Scrum Master
Skills : Scum Master, Agile Methodologies. Must be good in JIRA or similar tools. A fair understanding of FinTech applications.
Company & Location : Fintech MNC, Noida- 142
Salary : Upto 18 LPA
Notice Period-Immediate.
Candidate's Current/Home/Job Location : Delhi NCR or North India

Roles & Responsibilities:

1.Coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups & retrospective meetings.
2.Ability to look ahead & create sprint backlogs for upcoming sprints.
3.Work with product owners to handle product backlog and new sprints.
4.Lead product politization meetings.
5.Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards. Should be able to coordinate QA, UAT, Post Production Sanity test etc.
6.Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
7.Be a go-to-person for internal & external stakeholders.
8.Custodian of SDLC Processes with necessary & sufficient documentation in each sprint for audit purpose.
9.Custodian of Agile Framework. Lead & coach team members in Agile frameworks whenever necessary.
10.Resolve conflicts and obstacles whenever they occur.

Essential Skills:
1.Scum Master, Agile Methodologies.
2.Must be good in JIRA or similar tools.
3.A fair understanding of FinTech applications.

Nice to have:
1.Should be Scrum Certified.
2.Should have worked in teams/stakeholders distributed at various locations.
