Job Description
To work with Area General Manager South Asia, VP Marine Services MESAA and Business Process Improvement Manager MESAA on business transformation and project initiatives.Responsibilities will involve designing project plans and timelines, advising on proper resourcing of projects, ensuring projects are kept on-track, advising and assisting in the success of projects, and updating and presenting
progress of projects. The role requires the concurrent management of multiple projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Design. Take the lead on designing and structuring projects, working with the Operations Team.
Project Management. Provide effective planning on initiation, execution, monitoring, control and closing of projects in the Area. Follow-up and apply pressure to project team members to ensure work is completed and
project timelines are met.
Progress Reviews. Regularly update projects, and present progress, status, issues, successes and failures to MESAA Management.
Direct Reports: None. Will have direct reporting line to Area General Manager South Asia, dotted line reporting to Business Process Improvement Manager MESAA.
