Work Experience 4-12 Years, Minimum 4 Years in Digital Ad Sales
Designation Manager/ Senior Manager - Display & Video Ads


Job Summary:


Be the voice of Monster Ads in the industry and represent Monster's advertising solutions in the market.
Understanding of Ad metrics in Display & Video Advertising and prior experience in closing CPM/ CPC campaigns
Pitching Monster's ad solutions to advertisers and advertising/ media agencies
Prior Experience in handling Education/ BFSI Category Advertisers in North India Market preferred
Drive monthly and quarterly advertising revenue for a designated set of clients.
Work closely with the Ad Ops team to monitor and deliver expected results to the advertiser.
Work with the Brand Solutions team to ideate and build innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers.

Skill set and Requirements:


People with minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Ad Sales /Online Sales preferably with media/ content
publishers or e-commerce players
Experience in handling Education, BFSI Category brands will be preferred
Prior experience in selling Branded Content is good to have
Good Communication skills
Existing relationships with brands & agencies
The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Be good with numbers
