Job Description

Role :
Ensures the conversion machines are set at the right parameters before production commerce
Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality
Ensures production targets are meet
Initiate problems -solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues and ensure contineous improvement
Responds to problems by providing corrective technical and mechanical solution
Ensure product safety & compliances to SOPs
Communicates quality metric to staff
Provide assistance in Development of New Products and support to customers
Perform Quality Control checks,
Ensuring effective utilization of all resources including the Human Resource
Manpower Planning & Budgeting as per the agreed cost and productivity norms
Ensuring Interdepartment workflow is smooth and well coordinated
Excellent Technical Knowledge on conversion machines of Folding Cartons & Corrugated Packaging
Must have he knowledge and qualification to perform general job duties of the machine and secondary operators as neeeded to ensure smooth operation
Excellent color acuity and good vision (corrected if necessary)
Thorough understanding of Quality critical and continuous improvement processes.
Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key criteria's the incumbent should possess
Good Stability
Candidates from diverse nationalities would be considered.
Qualification Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial engineering.
Min 5 - 7 years relevant experience in similar role.
Must be from Corrugated cartons/Flexo Folder Gluer Background
Ability to achieve set production targets of the Poly Kraft Division .
Must troubleshoot and adjust moulding parameters to maintain quality
Ability to initiate a problem solving approach, develop corrective actions for issues and ensure continuous improvement
Aid in Development of New Products and support to customers
Ensuring effective utilization of all resources including the Human Resource
