Job Mission:
Sales Responsibility of Polymers & Chemicals ,handling Key accounts in Tanzania & Exports Markets
Responsible for Sales, Inventory, Receivables and profitability.
Principal Responsibility
1.Delivers Annual Volume and Gross-Profit plans by implementing Sales Strategies to achieve the Volume and Profit Objective
2.Establishes Sales Objectives by Forecasting; Projecting Expected Sales Volume and Profit for Existing and New Products.
3.Maintains Sales Volume, Product Mix and Selling Price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
4.Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
5.Responsible and Accountable for Developing and Executing Business Strategies to deliver growth in accordance with the Strategic Plans
6.Responsible for New Business Development & Territory(Market) Development
7.Proactively identifies opportunities for Sales Process Improvement
8.Responsible for Generating Sales Leads
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or CIPET
Knowledge & Experience:
1.Relevant Industry experience 2 to 5 years
2.Self-Starter with Sales background in Polymers/Chemicals
3.Ability to Analyze Sales Data
4.Experience in Africa preferred.
